摘要: A broadband random metasurface for Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction is proposed in this paper. The composed of double multi-folded loop elements. By adjusting the size each element, different reflection phases are obtained. Thus incident plane wave scattered into arbitrary directions. In order to demonstrate validity design, a with dimension 480 mm×480 mm constructed and simulated. For normal incidence, backward scattering can be reduced by 10 dB range 7.8–14.1 GHz. oblique incidence condition angle ranging from 10° 30° also investigated, which 7-dB bistatic RCS obtained 8 GHz 14
