摘要: Among the factors leading to refusal continue muscular work, afferent impulsation carrying information about efforts developed by working muscles and respiratory function tension is noteworthy. Based on this information, integral self-rating of intensity physical load its endurance formed in sensory CNS sphere, with one signals stop work being feeling shortness breath. Under cyclic conditions, so-called “critical power” load, which high enough but does not lead a so far, enabling perform maximum amount useful appears be most effective. A question posed as possibility using an active choice preferable individual order develop method for determining optimal power according functional state body.
