摘要: The purpose of this study was to compare 1) the preferred cadences and 2) aerobic demand response cadence manipulation highly fit, experienced cyclists equally fit noncyclists. Eight (C) eight non-cyclists (NC) pedaled at 200 W under six randomly ordered conditions (50, 65, 80, 95, 110 rpm cadence) on a Velodyne trainer. JOURNAL/mespex/beta/00005768-199311000-00011/ENTITY_OV0312/v/2017-05-02T160718Z/r/image-pngO2 responses C NC were similar. Both groups displayed lower values cadences. differences between across not significant. Mean pedaling surprisingly somewhat higher for (91.6 ± 10.5 rpm) than (85.2 9.2 rpm), but difference most economical significantly (56.1 6.9 (62.9 4.7 rpm). Thus, cycling experience did substantially influence nor economy during moderate intensity by athletes. We speculate that similarities are associated with in dynamic muscular training groups.
