摘要: CD82/KAI1, a member of the tetraspanin superfamily, is suppressor metastasis and CD82 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling via downregulation several Frizzled (FZD) isoforms, resulting in accumulation β-catenin at cell membrane. In this study, we investigated mechanism through which inhibited FZD expression by examining effects microRNAs (miRNAs). The miRanda algorithm predicted 11 miRNAs from sequences. Among these miRNAs, caused upregulation miR-203 (by 2.095-fold) miR-338-3p 0.354-fold) as compared with control cells. Transfection miR338-3p mimics or inhibitors revealed that downregulated FZD2 mRNA 0.268-fold) protein 0.701-fold). Moreover, transfection mimic also migration. Therefore, findings suggested enhanced directly downregulate expression, suppressing cancer inhibition pathway.
