摘要: Humanitarian logistics refers to the processes and systems involving mobilization of people, resources expertize help vulnerable communities affected by natural disasters complex emergencies, reducing loss lives relieving human suffering. With regard disaster management, one most important tasks is decision making. The lack criteria with respect selection location temporary shelters, for example, can lead unforeseen factors, threatening quality operation as a whole. A decision-making process be aided several models such multi-criteria models, which address problems whose objectives require global comprehensive view situation. Among possible perspectives analysis, there identification that are relevant In sense, this paper presents aspects should addressed model risk specifically in moving sheltering population disaster. Qualitative quantitative were identified, summing up ten criteria. These their sub-criteria hierarchically structured.
