摘要: With the rapid urbanization in developing countries, urban agglomeration area (UAA) forms. Also, transportation demand UAA grows rapidly and presents hierarchical feature. Therefore, it is imperative to develop models for transit hubs guide development of better meet time-varying demand. In this paper, multiperiod location problem hub (THUAA) studied. A service network THUAA with a multiflow, nested, noncoherent structure described. Then mathematical programming model proposed, aiming at minimizing total weighted travel time. Moreover, an improved adaptive clonal selection algorithm presented solve model. Both are verified by application real-life Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region China. The results different scenarios case show that population migration has great impact on scheme. Sustained appropriate helps reduce time residents.
