What dimensions of career expos have the most impact on student satisfaction

摘要: Abstract Even though the career expo is an important engagement initiative for hospitality management programs, it has been under-researched in education. Hence, this study investigated underlying quality dimensions of expos and their impact on student satisfaction. A total 319 useable responses were collected from 11 programs. Five identified through exploratory factor analysis. The results multiple regression analysis indicated that four out five factors (exhibitor performance, pre-event service, event organization, job information) have a significant satisfaction with expos. Detailed implications organizers programs are discussed.
