摘要: Purpose – Many hospitality programs have developed their own career and placement services to assist students in job searching efforts. The purpose of this paper is identify factors that are important for the success offered by programs, from industry's perspectives.Design/methodology/approach Data were collected through an online survey recruiters human resources managers. Descriptive statistics applied data analysis.Findings Internship requirement was found be most factor services, followed faculty industry experience quality student preparation job/internship interviews. These reputation program educational curriculum courses taught.Originality/value implications drawn could schools allocate limited help create excellent services.
