“Graduateness” – who cares? Graduate identity in small hospitality firms

摘要: Discusses the second phase of a project on graduate employment in small hospitality firms. It explores data from first using concept identity. The views both graduates and their managers are examined. reflections suggest that complex relationship exists between graduates, Suggests firms fail to develop sense identity lack understanding how “makes some difference”. Nevertheless, it is affirmed offers useful perspective for much‐needed further research transition into SME employment.
