摘要: In the context of UK government's target 50% participation by young people in higher education, issues relating to use graduates firms assume renewed significance. Increasing attention is paid potential for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) absorb a larger number new graduates. With reference hospitality sector, this paper analyses survey data on employment SMEs. Data are presented two specific themes: first, characteristics employing and, second, owner-managers' perceptions graduate labour its use. The authors raise questions about extent which skills employed SMEs being used.
