摘要: Purpose The purpose of this research is to evaluate how significant work experience for a conference and events graduate’s employability with particular reference the department hotels. It will also highlight what skills Conference Banqueting managers’ view as being most important, whether type affects skill graduates' learn. Design Four from hotel chains in UK were interviewed at their hotel. interview consisted questions gain background knowledge interviewee an understanding qualifications. Findings interviews found that through placement year viewed more beneficial manager's point events.
