摘要: Purpose – To examine the role of formal qualifications in career development contemporary hotel general managers Scotland.Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire was used which provided a sound basis for comparing opinions, performance and paths both formally qualified unqualified managers.Findings Key findings identified that were an integral part development.
