Symptomatic interrupted inferior vena cava: report of a case presenting with haematochezia

摘要: Interrupted inferior vena cava (IVC) is a rare developmental defect. IVC interruption usually accompanied with azygos and hemiazygos continuation, asymptomatic. Here, we report the imaging findings of patient an interrupted diffuse collaterals between infrarenal large renal veins, left gonadal, perirectal haemorrhoidal-portal collateral veins associated haematochezia. Depending on haemodynamic changes, may cause possible different clinical as presented here.
