摘要: By using literature surface tension data for a heterogeneous set of 110 binary liquid mixtures, it is shown how the analytical expression provided by Extended Langmuir model able to describe most different possible behaviours found, means just one or two adjustable parameters. For every system four plots, all them providing complementary information each other, are employed discuss parameters values obtained from fitting data, in terms contributions considered model: effect that heteromolecular interactions into mixture have on tension, and prevalent adsorption compound phase.
