摘要: Abstract The microstructural evolution and phase transformation behavior of a designed multiphase Ni3Al-based superalloy in as-cast spray casting states were investigated under thermal exposure at various temperatures. For the temperatures range from 600 °C to 900 °C, average size γ′ precipitates dendritic dual (γ+γ′) areas two alloys increases, morphology changes irregular shapes due merging neighboring particles Ostwald ripening. After or bulky generate interdendritic regions alloy, envelope develops curved interface by aggregation. sample, high density microtwins are ‘inherited’ preceding L10-type martensite phases after 600 °C. However, without any form 900 °C.
