摘要: . The renal clearance of 14C-oxalate was studied in a family with two children suffering from primary hyperoxaluria. 14C-oxalate/creatinine ratio ranged 1.8 to 2.6 (mean 2.0) and appeared be independent the glomerular filtration rate. calculated plasma oxalate concentrations three normo-oxaluric subjects 0.1 0.9 μmol/l, whereas values 3.2 16.3 μmol/l were found hyperoxaluric subjects. In latter patient, production decreased increased after vitamin B6 treatment, resulting drop level 5.3 μmol/l. apparent distribution volumes, expressed as percentage body weight, 30 47 % 35). mean biological half-life 2.7 hours normal function impairment function. recovery 14C urine 87 112% 101); all activity recovered oxalate.
