摘要: Objectives A recent study suggested a prognostic role for the peripheral blood absolute lymphocyte/monocyte ratio (LMR) at diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Here, we investigated significance LMR in DLBCL patients relation to advanced age. Methods We examined impact 603 treated with rituximab plus CHOP, using receiver operating characteristic curve analysis optimal cut-off values, and performed subgroup according age. Results In elderly groups (age ≥ 70), monocyte count was significantly increased, whereas decreased compared younger groups. Patients under 70 yr age <3.04 had lower overall survival (OS) progression-free (PFS) those ≥3.04 (P < 0.001 both). However, there no significant difference OS between patients' levels 3.04 value (P = 0.059). Therefore, new 2.36 selected patients, having observed that <2.36 ≥2.36 (P = 0.021). In multivariate analysis, remained factor (P = 0.004) or PFS (P < 0.001). Conclusions We suggest use different distinguish high-risk from low-risk
