摘要: This case report describes idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (VT) originating from the anterolateral site of mitral annulus. Radiofrequency (RF) energy application at an endocardial annulus could not eliminate tachycardia. The earliest epicardial activation preceding onset QRS complex by 34 ms was found great anterior cardiac vein just opposite to ablation catheter, pace mapping provided identical (12/12) match with VT morphology site, and RF effectively eliminated within coronary venous system.
