摘要: Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility and safety ablation idiopathic outflow tract ventricular tachycardia (OTVT) from distal ramifications coronary sinus (CS). Background A significant minority patients presenting with OTVT have an epicardial focus, standard approach which involves within one aortic valve cusps (AVCs). We describe successful CS in great cardiac vein (GCV). Methods Ablation GCV performed 5 who had unfavorable mapping, some cases unsuccessful various endocardial sites including AVCs, 1 patient via direct approach. An electroanatomic mapping system (Carto) used 3 patients, conventional 2 cryothermal performed. Results In all first lesion successfully eliminated arrhythmia. All remained free VT after a mean follow-up 24 (7 44) months. There were no immediate or long-term complications. Conclusions Idiopathic can be ablated GCV, should seen as alternative cusps.
