摘要: Idiopathic LVOT Tachycardia.Introduction: The site of origin idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (VT) arising from the left outflow tract (LVOT) may be closely related to aortic valve leaflets, and radiofrequency (RF) delivery potentially can damage them. Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) identify accurately ablation electrode anatomic landmarks, contact with endocardium easily assessed. aim this study was define utility accuracy ICE in guiding RF VT LVOT. Methods Results: Five consecutive patients (all men; mean age 20.4 years, range 16 25) symptomatic for underwent ablation. A 9-French, in-sheath catheter a 9-MHz ultrasound transducer inserted through femoral vein positioned His-bundle region or right provide clear view root. Local earliest activation during pace mapping were used site. ablated successfully all using median two pulses, delivered tachycardia. High-resolution images achievable cases. Direct vision electrode-endocardial assessed patients. Conclusion: treated guide endocardial contact, movement.
