Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) identify accurately ablation electrode anatomic landmarks, contact with endocardium easily assessed. aim this study was define utility accuracy ICE in guiding RF VT LVOT. Methods Results: Five consecutive patients (all men; mean age 20.4 years, range 16 25) symptomatic for underwent ablation.
