摘要: This paper characterises weaknesses in the ability of current digital libraries to support scholarly inquiry, and as a way address these, proposes services grounded semiformal models naturalistic argumentation commonly found research literatures. It is argued that design priority balance formal expressiveness with usability. We summarise requirements for an argument modelling scheme use by untrained researchers, describe resulting discourse taxonomy, contrast it other domain semantic web approaches, before focusing on examples computational filtering analysis repository.
