摘要: We report that membrane vesicles of Escherichia coli contain protein-binding sites for acyl carrier protein. Scatchard analysis the binding indicates a dissociation constant around 0.35 μM and maximum number 50 pmol per mg Binding is on inner while outer devoid sites. These results are consistent with fact some protein-dependent enzymes implicated in phospholipid- membrane-derived oligosaccharide biosynthesis localized cytoplasmic membrane.
