摘要: AbstractPurpose: We evaluated the urethrocystoscopic findings and results of urodynamic studies in elderly men with voiding complaints.Materials Methods: A total 492 consecutive patients complaints underwent a standardized screening program, including transrectal ultrasonography prostate, investigations pressure-flow study analysis flexible urethrocystoscopy.Results: significant correlation was found between bladder trabeculation grade outlet obstruction. Detrusor instability correlated significantly trabeculation. Grade obstruction showed clear prostatic occlusion urethra presence middle lobe at cystoscopy.Conclusions: The urethrocystoscopy correlate well those investigations.
