摘要: If it appears that different kinds of users experience user problems, improving a website may depend on contradictory principles. Within this paper we report small scale study, which aimed to investigate (1) whether -concerning age, gender, education, internet and product experience- differ in the types problems they (2) is enough test only 5-7 find 85% different, existing usability problems.
