摘要: Reports from different countries have revealed that consumers are becoming increasingly concerned the food they eat could be harmful to health. The concern regards both composition of diet and possibilities may contain a number contaminating substances. Discusses results some recent empirical studies in light more theoretical work this area research. aim is bring out salient features which important those who communicate with public about food‐related risks, as well for further research field.
