摘要: Systems Biology is the quantitative analysis of dynamic interactions among several components a biochemical system, aiming at an understanding behavior system as whole. From experimental perspective, systems biology suitable tool to support biologist in process hypotheses generation and efficient design experiments. In this chapter, we discuss elements methodology based on interaction between biologists theoreticians. We, furthermore, show use such case study, analyzing receptor transcription factor modulation affecting responsiveness JAK2/STAT5 pathway.
