摘要: Given the resources (economic, human, social, political) applied to SfD programs, it is important understand objects and impacts of sport development. Moving Goalposts (MTG) in Kenya one these organizations. The general aim this research was explore which elements contribute leadership development Kenyan girls, with a specific focus on football peer education. In-depth interviews, participant questionnaires, digital story scripts observation were used from 88 participants conduct research. On level, working program various (development) opportunities, selection, supportive environment moments reflection. organizational active spread information community, level based trainings, co-facilitator, monthly meetings, monitoring evaluation organization ethos contributive implementation MTG. This study suggests use as ‘tool’ for development, while maintaining close relationship community reach girls’ potential.
