摘要: The impacts of global climate change are affecting virtually all aspects human lives and creating food insecurity. Food insecurity is one the huge threats brought about by change. This livelihood people producing poverty in different dimensions especially developing countries. Undoubtedly, activities major causes warming as such, there a need to curb them. It against this backdrop that paper argues for strict regulation contain curtail ensuring humans act responsibly.
