African responses to environmental protection

摘要: After the withdrawal of colonial powers in late 1950s and early 1960s establishment Organisation African Unity (OAU), first environmental convention was drafted 1968. Although regional development escalated, issues did not seem to capture interest scholars jurists on continent or elsewhere. This article analyses various responses from an perspective, their characteristics, potential values.
