摘要: The authors identified predictors of functional disability and mortality after status epilepticus in a multivariate analysis 83 episodes 74 patients. Twenty-one percent (14/85) were fatal. Increased age (OR = 1.1; 95% CI, 1.0 to 1.1) acute symptomatic seizures 6.0; 1.2 30.3) mortality. Functional outcome at discharge deteriorated 23% (16/69) nonfatal episodes. length hospitalization 1.04; 3.9; 14.7) disability.
