摘要: Status epilepticus (SE) is a life-threatening state of persisting or repetitive seizure activity with often permanent altered level consciousness. Despite its high morbidity and mortality there no consensus about the best strategy to treat specific forms SE. The compromise between danger related untreated persistent possible damage induced by unnecessary aggressive treatments challenging. Knowledge determinants reliable prediction models outcome early in course SE fundamental for rapid treatment modulation planning monitoring. This review compiles current evidence based on clinical adult patients.
