摘要: Objective: To improve the sensitivity and linear range of electrochemical immunosensor to detect Schistosoma japonicum (S. japonicum) antibody. Methods: Carbon inks silver/silver chloride were printed on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) board make two-electrode test strip, where carbon was working electrode S. soluble egg antigen (SEA) fixed at one end by different methods; silver/ silver used as control. We tested valency antibody cyclic voltammetry (CV) differential pulse (DPV) in an electrochemistry workstation, conducted comparison with results ELISA. Two new immunosensing electrodes have been developed, based glutaraldehyde cross-linked (GA) or chitosan-glutaraldehyde (Chit-GA) transducer fixing antigen. titer means CV DPV. Results: Our experimental (50 μg/L) is optimal concentration for GA sensor, 10 μg/L Chit-GA sensors. The immune reaction time both all essentially complete 1 minute. human positive serum sample detection 1:1000 1:400, 1:500. As dilution ratio increased, value DPV increased proportionally. Conclusion: sensor sensors high broad response, exhibited good relationship between signal titer.
