摘要: The effects of glutaric aldehyde concentration C GA(in the range from 0.07 to 0.2 wt %) and temperature T(from 20 65°C) on kinetics an increase in effective viscosity ηeffof aqueous solutions chitosans (C CH= 2.4 %, pH 3.6, ionic strength I= 0.05) with molecular masses equal 33 × 104and 55 degrees substitution at N-acetyl amino groups 0.08 0.90, respectively were studied. kinetic curves ηeff (t ) exhibited induction periods a relatively slight chitosan–glutaric mixed time followed by drastic viscosity. former correspond formation gel clusters; latter periods, gelation over whole volume solution. Optimal ranges parameters C GAand Twere determined for preparation spherical particles slightly cross-linked chitosan, which are used sorption heavy metals low-concentrated solutions.
