Setting: Fertility center. Patient(s): Thirty-five couples transport tissue a clinic 125 local couples. Intervention(s): Extraction by maceration enzymatic digestion before ICSI. Main Outcome Measure(s): Clinical pregnancy rate (PR) implantation in obstructive or nonobstructive azoospermia, motile immotile sperm, differing male serum FSH values. Result(s): The clinical PR per ET embryo were 40% 18%, respectively, cases azoospermia 37% 26%, azoospermia. In the couples, these rates 42% 19%, 18% 10%, for ICSI 26% 11% group 16% 8%, group. Male level did not clearly correlate rate. Conclusion(s): are affected but significantly use sperm. No major increase chromosomal aberration congenital malformation was noted offspring this limited
