摘要: Circulating immune complexes (CIC) were determined from dog-allergic asthmatic children (n = 35) receiving immunotherapy with dog dander and hair extract. The results CIC are expressed in SDU (standard deviation units) presented as follows: pretreatment 20), rush 11), mid-schedule maintenance 15) the of placebo-treated group 12). 12) those untreated atopic non-atopic 14) controls. levels analysed by means KgB-ELISA (conglutinin binding enzyme linked immunosorbent assay), C1qB-ELISA (C1q-binding immunososrbent RFb-ELISA (rheumatoid factor assay) PIPA (platelet 125J-labelled staphylococcal protein-A test). level was higher than that controls (P less 0.05) already before onset hyposensitization. During conventional hyposensitization remained same treatment. On day 5 mean showed no increase when compared values. A statistically significant correlation 0.01) observed between hair-specific IgG antibodies measured during period immunotherapy. samples sera to measure this collected injection allergen after 2 weeks treatment.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
