摘要: bioreactor is one of ex situ bioremediation technologies that can be applied to solve the problem oil contaminated soil. Bioremediation process enhanced by using microbial consortium has specific characteristics degrade contaminant. The aim this research was know effect various concentrations and incubation time on crude soil a bioreactor. influence concentration in known from increasing total heterotrophic decreasing residue (g / g-soil). type experimental with 1 control (without adding) 3 treatments, including 2.5% (K1), 5% (K2), 7.5% (K3). times were 0-4 weeks. resulted data g-soil) analyzed descriptively statistically one-way analysis variances (one-way ANOVA) Duncan test (p = 0.05). results indicate affect K1 (2.5%) most effective decrease up 7%, if compared at 2 weeks time.
