摘要: Abstract The interaction of small biologically active molecules in the nanocavity supramolecular host is very interesting and thriving research area. In presence absorption emission properties were modulated several folds compared to bulk solution. this study we have investigated a cancer cell photosensitizer molecule harmane cucurbit[7]uril (CB7) as aqueous buffer solution (pH ∼ 7.2). We used steady state absorption, time resolved fluorescence spectroscopy techniques. thermodynamics binding between nanochannel CB7 studied by using isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) method. are fold CB7. ITC indicates that complexation enthalpically favourable.
