摘要: A total of 124 Cryptococcus isolates, including 84 clinical strains obtained from cerebrospinal fluid AIDS patients and 40 environmental isolates pigeon excreta Eucalyptus trees, were studied. The varieties, serotypes, phospholipase activity molecular profile these determined. neoformans var. grubii serotype was identified in 120 gattii B four isolates. showed higher than Similar patterns vitro susceptibility to amphotericin B, fluconazole, itraconazole voriconazole no resistance found for all Molecular type VNI (C. grubii) recovered 80 while the VGIII gattii) This study demonstrated first time types midwest Brazil region.
