摘要: The aim of the present study is an investigation swelling behaviour matrix systems containing a mixture hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and sodium carboxymethylcellulose (NaCMC) with model soluble drug to find correlation between morphological release performance. was conducted on tablets only two polymers (MB) reference each polymer same drug, at three different pHs. MB matrices show similar trend pH 4.5 6.8, while they have in acidic fluid. At 1 gel layer formed by NaCMC characterized rigid structure partially chemically crosslinked hydrogel HPMC form physical not gel. all typical swellable which macromolecular chains network are held together weak bondings (physical gel). In these buffers, maintain constant rate coupling diffusion erosion mechanism: infiltrated layers thicknesses maintained zero-order kinetics can be achieved.
