摘要: Conserving permeability of the different procedures in reconstructive arterial surgery is main aim vascular surgeon. Yet spite care taken during these procedures, thromboendarteriectomy, venous graft and synthetic or biosynthetic prosthesis have a rate failure which certainly variable but may irreversibly compromise clinical result. For example, although five years later an aortobifemoral about 85% literature, distal femoropopliteal only 12% after four multicentric study reported by VEITH [26].
