摘要: Abstract A fluorescent cell-counting technique for assay of adenovirus type 2 is described and compared to the plaque method. There was a linear relationship between virus concentration number infected cells, or plaques. The sensitivity equal that method, but cellcounting required an incubation period only 28 hours. Optimal conditions two procedures are described.
