摘要: Dendritic cells are highly adapted to their role of presenting antigen and directing immune responses. Developmental studies indicate that DCs originate independently from monocytes tissue macrophages. Emerging evidence also suggests distinct subsets have intrinsic differences lead functional specialisation in the generation immunity. Comparative now allowing many these properties be more fully understood context human immunology.
