摘要: The enhanced expression of the regulatory subunit cyclic AMP (cAMP)-dependent protein kinase type I, RIalpha, has been correlated with cancer cell growth. Retinoic acid (RA) shown to play an important role in regulation proliferation and differentiation neoplastic cells. In present study, effects cAMP analogue 8-chlorocyclic-AMP (8-Cl-cAMP) RA (both singly combined) on growth inhibition apoptosis Ewing's sarcoma CHP-100 cells were evaluated. inhibitory 8-Cl-cAMP (9-cis-RA, 13-cis-RA, all-trans-RA) viability time dose related. degree induced by 9-cis-RA was greatest among all analogues (13-cis-RA examined. combined induction arrest at G0-G1 stage cycle, apoptosis, down-regulation cleavage poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase synergistic. conclusion, it is clear that act a synergistic fashion have potential for combination chemotherapy treatment malignant disease.
