摘要: The electrical transport properties of YB66 and some homologous compounds were investigated on specimens different cristallinity, impurity kind preparation between about 70 700 K. are qualitatively similar with respect to their temperature dependence, but quantitatively affected by the invididual like impurities, structure, preparation. Seebeck‐coefficient exhibits p‐type Hall‐effect n‐type behaviour. On single crystal phonon spectra IR Raman spectroscopy at 300 data discussed theories hopping conduction in amorphous semiconductors concept Golikova. There exists only a qualitative agreement for semiconductors; Golikova is disproved.
