摘要: Three new fungal species of the genus Mortierella, Mortierella zychae, ambigua, and indohii, have been reported in Korea. The fungi were encountered during a study on community soil samples collected from different locations identified based molecular morphological analyses. This presents detailed descriptions observations phylogenetic analysis these three fungi. All found to be sensitive triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining. M. zychae demonstrated highest intensity mycelial staining, indicating that this has potential produce arachidonic acid species. staining results indicated newly recorded could potentially useful for production.
