摘要: Abstract The total reducing activity (TRA) of cells was used to estimate the physiological Corynebacterium glutamicum under conditions l -lysine synthesis. This estimated as rate reduction 2,3,5- triphenyltetrazolium chloride by intact cells. TRA linearly correlated with intracellular concentrations RNA and bacterial growth rate. It concluded that this reflected energy generation in A decrease growing related an increase lysine synthesis activity. Alteration metabolic pathway functioning precursors favoured when cellular decreasing.
