摘要: Two inhibitors of metabolite translocators, sodium pyrophosphate (NaPP) and D,L-glyceraldehyde (DLG), respectively, were added into suspension cultures Taxus chinensis var. mairei at the early late growth phases to investigate translocation isopentenyl (IPP) from cytoplasm plastids for Taxol biosynthesis. NaPP DLG hardly affected cell biomass viability regardless their introduction. The content varied less when or was day 7 but decreased obviously introduced 14. It is thus inferred that inhibited biosynthesis by blocking IPP phase, suggesting be involved only phase cells.
