摘要: 1. Eosinophilia has been produced experimentally in guinea pigs by the injection of extracts Ascaris suum and histamine, accompanying histologic changes, particularly distribution eosinophils, being noted. 2. The tissues suffering from a natural eosinophilia have studied compared with those experimental eosinophilia. 3. From these findings path traced which, it is suggested, eosinophil follows its course through body. 4. function discussed hypothesis advanced that carriage histamine or histamine-like toxic material for inactivation. 5. This viewpoint considered relation to occurrence man including eosinophilic infiltration lungs.
