摘要: A computer-aided procedure is presented to regulate the workload on an ergometric bicycle individually fixed level of heart rate as criterion, applying integral controller algorithm. The incremented in a few variable steps asymptotically target rate. free parameter algorithm has been empirically. In empirical evaluation quality this procedure, strictly linear relationship individual Watt increment and rise was found 27 subjects, with median correlation 0.95. recommended for specific regulation which upper limit should not be surpassed, e.g. cardiac rehabilitation. can also generalized comparable tasks, management blood pressure avoid hypertensive crisis.
