摘要: Steady state exercise is widely used for psychophysiological studies in which a constant heart rate at predetermined level desired. We have developed microcomputer servo-controlled bicycle ergometer system that can be administering steady exercise. Fourteen healthy male subjects, with wide range of fitness levels (measured by VO2max) were exercised to either fixed workload (130 watts) or (servo-heart rate) 122 bpm (i.e., 65% maximum calculated the sample). Servo-heart was implemented using feedback loop automatically adjusted compensate immediate variations rate, resulting more consistent rate.
